Our next door neighbor raises pigeons and once in a while we'll see the wreckage on our lawn. When we told him he lost a pigeon - he responded the best way possible by saying that the red-tail hawks will hit one every once in a while when they're out exercising. Cool attitude. I know others who raise birds and will try to bait and poison hawks and ravens.
