Well i am stuck here due to family and when my moms passes away,i am her caregiver now and its a hard job, then i can think of moving. I cant separate her from my sis, grandkids a d now great grandkids(babies), would break her heart.
So i do what i can in this libtard utopian shithole.

Also to add the loon newscum and capitol shitheads have stated..
-only new electric cars by 2030-ish
-all new homes must be all electric appliances
-no gas appliances to be sold in state by 2050(so the millions of old homes will have to be somehow completely reworked)
-no gas gens to be sold sometime this year,2023(i need to find 1 quick time ro replace one that died. Looking at dual lp,gasoline)
- a d god knows whatever the fuck..

.....anyone know a place that makes or can make solid glass needles for some custom shotshell project i am ruminating on....

If this experiment is ever tried again, they should learn from this experience a few things:

Their constitution should be much more detailed and unambiguous. It should strictly and harshly limit what government can do. Like we restrict felons and sex offenders. Reminder - constitutions govern government, not citizens.

Any lawmaker who votes for a law that is later found unconstitutional gets a strike. 3 strikes, you are banned from government.

No person can be on the government payroll for more than 20 years. That's it. After 20 years, go do something else (I'm sick of these gov employees who never get laid off, never get fired, have total security, and even when the government gets shut down get a paycheck. 45 years in the private sector will make you feel that way).

Implied consent rule for gov employment, just like a drivers license. Yes, you have a right not to incriminate yourself. But if you are testifying before an oversight or investigatory body and you take the fifth, you're fired and lose your pension. Say 'I don't recall' too many times and get charged with obstruction.

Term limits for representatives don't work because you want experts and it takes 10 years to become an expert. Maybe an age limit like 70 though.

No emergency powers and no war powers. You want to wage war, pass a bill.

There must be a limit on taxation. Government needs to be small and all their power ultimately comes from the power to tax and spend. I know that we are told it comes from the barrel of a gun, but government gets people to do things buy paying them. The health care industry and the MIC exist because of government spending. Gov spending is something like 40% of our economy. This is bad.

Any other ideas?

Bottom line is they are NOT unhappy enough or uncomfortable enough to storm the castle or at least flush hollyweird and San fransicko into the ocean. Meantime these 'unhappy' Californians are busy infecting the rest of the red states (that are still somewhat functional) with their cancer.
One major, but not the only, problem is in SACRAMENTO, the capital, where the shit-for-brains send their elected to make the moronic laws.

This is a good start. I'd amend your suggestion that 3 strikes and you are banned. Make it hurt, 3 strikes and you are shot. Now THAT, is motivation.

California is like a bunch of four year olds who eat nothing but candy and get stomach aches. So they want to eat at the neighbors house, where the neighbors don’t get stomach aches. Then at the neighbors house the four year olds eat candy.

Are you in a Blue State ?
Live in Misouri where we can own guns (including NFA devices) drive diesels, can have a bonfire when we want to, don't have to play bank robber (wear a mask) everywhere, don't have to pay the .gov for our well water or the air we breathe and can have voting where the results aren't predetermined.
