How do you figure someone will find out who you are and recognize you on the streets of Orygun and ask you if you're carrying a gun?

Glock 43 loaded with Gold Dots in a Vedder 'Light Tuk' holster positioned IWBA and an extra mag IWBA on the left.

Gen 4 G19 in an Archangel IWBA when the mood strikes me. Ahud horizontal mag carrier.

Ruger LCP in a Smart Carry on those shorts and flip-flop days.

I see the question as not quite complete. When I see "what are you carrying these days" I have to think my entire daily defensive loadout. Starts with Sig P320, compact frame, in .40S&W. It has the 12+1 compact magazine, and I carry 2 spare FS mags (with spacers to fit the compact frame) with 14rds each of Cor-Bon Pow'rball. I have also added a Hogue Handall slip-on grip as I have Hogues on about everything that gets carried on the regular. Left front pocket has the NAA Black Widow in .22WMR as my tiny BUG. Additionally I carry a ProTech Doru automatic (one of the few lefty designed auto knives), as well as a Fenix UC 35 flashlight, what I consider one of hte most important defensive tools one can carry. It will cook a squirrel in a tree at 30 yds, but is nice because it is rechargeable and uses the same micro USB as my phone, which I also consider part of my defensive load.

Seems like a lot but I have to make up for being the OFWG somehow...

I would add that on days I need something a bit more svelte the Ruger LC9sPro is a nice little carry piece. Thinnest 9mm on the market, carry it with the extended 8+1, and have a ProMag 10rd in addition. I would add it has the nicest factory trigger I have ever felt. I went to the LGS to buy a Shield, saw the Ruger in the case next to it (the Pro had been on the market just a couple of weeks) and compared the 2 so that I knew I did my due diligence. Shield went back in the case, the Ruger went home with me.

Kimber stainless II full size 1911 .45 in an Alessi talon+ IWB holster. Spare mag in the front pocket. I carry at work and this is functional and comfortable. Pretty much the same setup for the last 15 years or so.

I carry a USGI sock purchased from MidwayUSA with 89 pennies in it!
Poser. Real Marine would be wielding a pair of these, filled with nickles.

On sale at Wallyworld for $5.50

Oh and to stay on topic, a Belgian made .44 1860 Colt. All the rest of y'all are whistling Dixie.
But Larry and the NRA told me it was the only way to carry safely these days!

Yeah, the "Davis Double-DD" (extra D for a double-dose of pimpin') and I are pretty awesome. For sure a family hairloom. My 7yr old boy may need it for running his post-apocalyptic dilapidated whorehouse in a few decades. I hope he'll brandish it with gusto and flourish.
