SAC camper is my real daily, but if I had to pick only one:
Utility chosen over combat capability
I consider my "only one" a fixed blade, thick spine, heavier chopper and capable cutter, with a good belly curve for butchering and slicing.
Kabars, glock tool, m7.8.9, randall and the like are excellent for lighter carry, but limited to poke and slice, as they usually dont have the weight to chop.
That said, Nuther vote for esee 5. Heavy enough to really get work done, almost so heavy to not want to carry. A slim and light set of scales with swell ends for retention and a non-factory sheath helps reduce the bulk, making the load easier to justify carrying.
