Its "possible",,,,,,if I can find the "exact stuff" I need to make this work. What? You have no fly wood???? Ive got a partial set of l1a1 includes stock, pg, and the pop stick in sycamore I dont know what to do with. Im thinkin you could match up some of your beech lam hg to it. Its not had anything applied to it yet. Might even find some sycamore laminate. But you are the laminate man. I will dig it out and post pic.
isn't sycamore a soft wood?I have a set of inch hgs in sycamore that I probably won’t use….
Wow!!! The grain structure is stunning!!!Beech may work too

Not like the guy needs any more glowing reviews but the beech grip I got from Dean looks amazing, highly recommended. That L1A1 set you sold me got me hooked!I'm really starting to like this beech wood,,,,,,,time to locate me a butt and grip.
I'd done up a lot of individual pieces for folks, but your set, got my attention, damn nice it is.Not like the guy needs any more glowing reviews but the beech grip I got from Dean looks amazing, highly recommended. That L1A1 set you sold me got me hooked!
Damn, nice grab... why can't I ever find such deals at pawn shops, like everNew to the FAL world.
Went into my local pawnshop shop last week and seen this beauty sitting on the shelf. Price marked was $850, talked them down to $700.
Research tells me it's an Imbel receiver with British parts.
Nice Dean! It’s just like changing outfits on your kids!
