Unfamiliar with that particular mfg but it’s a wicked looking piece for sure.

Muela is fairly respectable. They started making knives right after WWII. I've never owned one.
I have a couple Muelay’s. Mine are both made of 440C and one is marked Boker.
OK knives, well made, but nothing special. They don’t hold an edge very well, but easily sharpened.
