Actors that have off screen issues that are consistently in the news for their bad-boy/girl behavior, I have a hard time following them in their career.
I make an exception for Sizemore. He just brings a certain something to the screen with his character that I enjoy watching.

I say a lot of actors have no center and are always struggling to live life outside of a role that temporarily defines them and gives focus. Drugs, casual and failed relationships, abuse, self-harm, petty crime... part and parcel to being aimless. They don't like themselves or anyone else.
