This is the one that takes a little explanation from me, when blaring out in the shop and young ones show up for some project or another;

It does not help, when mama walks in, starts dancing and reminding me never to forget!:)LOL

Hank is still a modern singer to me, along with Cash.

Yesterday, I gave a speech at a memorial service for a recently passed first cousin.

I showed a photo from my files, of an family Xmas gathering 70 years ago, with most of the parents and first cousins present......

Telling a few tales from the past was in my speech, like watching the first Superbowl with most of them at a Sunday dinner, and the weddings of most of the first cousins in the 50's and 60's..........

But I am still age 24..........Age is a myth.

It's weird growing up in the deep south as a young kid in the 60s. I just do not remember much country music being played. I remember Jerry Clower skits, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Johnny Horton, Glen Campbell, Statler Bros and others but not really Hank. I think my father was turned off by Johnny Cash because of the vulgarity and my mom did not relate to honky tonk because her father was a POS that the House of the Rising Sun reminds me of hearing her talk. I do remember that him they liked Uneasy Rider and Ray Steven's funny songs. I think growing up in the depression era of the MS Delta and escaping had changed them.

I'm still a kid, or at least my wife keeps telling me to stop acting like a child. I'm not sure which
My wife and I have been married 9 years and she's Filipino. She doesn't quite know what I am. She's more of a kid than me because the culture is way different. They really don't get bent very often. Hell I stay bent having to deal with fucking idiots.

Just wait. Once she figures out you will be in for the long haul, you won't know what you did, where you did it, when you did, and she will tell you why you did it and not to do it anymore. And whatever you do don't say yes ma'am as a reply. Remember, they always have knives handy!

Dunno, she was married before. She seems to understand that though I can be difficult, it's better than what she had because I'm focused on us being free of debt and such. My wife is not as americanized as I am. Filipinos like her cling to their social networks whereas most old farts like me are too hard headed to rely on others and are more independent. I think she respects that because she knows I can be trusted to look out for our best interests.

Mondo was his name and he changed the name and lyrics of the song to "My rowboats got a hole in it"

My POS sister took everything from M&D's house, they put her in charge and since I dont have the coin to take the estate to probate court she gets away with it.

Could seriously use a benifactor.

But wish in left hand crap in right etc.
