yeah, the neighbor to my south has a pistol/steel plate range in his back yard. The neighbor to my north shoots the coyotes when they come onto the field (protecting livestock). It's a wonderful rural neighbors taking care of neighbors community. Which is good because emergency services are almost an hour out on a good day.

The VP and her entourage drove past another neighbor's gate the other day to check out a solar farm. Which was cool (regardless of who is in the office) but they shut the freeway down for her, which caused a traffic nightmare.
