So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
When you have paid for a subscription and then its wrongfully cut off and your hundreds of dollars are not returned. That is fucked up. So I can't say I didn't laugh when I heard about what happened here.

Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
MGannaway87 was my old name. I own and operate Circle 7 Armory near DFW. And back during the PSA witch trials. I was permabanned 6 months into a 1 year paid subscription as a Vendor. None of my money was returned for the 6 months I never received.

You repeatedly trolled and were repeatedly warned. You had an issue and you vented it, but you repeatedly chose to inject your complaints into threads that were completely unrelated, a despite multiple warnings you continued to troll.
Your repeated trolling was a direct violations to the rules / tos you agreed to when you registered. You were given multiple opportunities to stop but you chose to continue.

So breaking a forum rule validates theft?

Oh.. Sounded bad at first, but then it made sense... If I sign a lease and then I'm evicted 6 months in for violating the rules, I still am responsible for the remainder of the lease. Unless it was stated in the contract or text beforehand, you do not deserve a refund... If I'm incarcerated during that time and never step foot in the apartment, the landlord does not owe me a refund. You signed a lease, so to speak, for a specified duration of time, and you then allegedly violated the forum rules during that time. You're not owed a refund.

Kicking me off the forum is your own choice. But you still owe me money!
Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
The docs from becoming a vendor didnt say anything about any of that. Its not a contract or not thing. Its an ethics thing. You got your wish. I was gone. But dont reduce yourself to becoming a thiefTheGreek! wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:46 amOh.. Sounded bad at first, but then it made sense... "Repeatedly warned" lol I spoke to Nails for over an hour one night. We ended it amicably and then a day or so later. Bam ban hammer. After agreeing to what Nails ans I discussed about moving forward. SMHJen wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:42 amYou repeatedly trolled and were repeatedly warned. I'm with Greek on this one.
You agree to the terms, violate the terms, you are then in breach on contract.
You can't just pay the fee, and proceed to take a dump all over the forum. Still have to abide by the same rules the rest of us do.

Ethics? You signed up for a service, and then YOU broke the rules... If you purchased a table to sell your stuff during a gun show which lasted 6 hours, and then 3 hours in you're kicked out after you started acting a fool after being asked to calm down several time, you WOULD NOT get a refund in that circumstance either.. How about you follow the rules, and you will not have any issues or loss of money... You did it to yourself brother... learn your lesson and move on.Circle7 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:49 amThe docs from becoming a vendor didnt say anything about any of that. Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
You are afforded a personal opinion as a contributor. I wasnt allowed that because my vendor status was supposedly inciting a mob. I was angry that I wasnt allowed to comment personally about product ive personally purchased from said company in question.Claymore wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:51 am+1TheGreek! wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:46 amOh.. Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
This whole ordeal started from me being told I can not comment about any other vendors while being a vendor. Even though ive purchased from them and have a better understanding of their product than the average consumer. They didnt want the truth out there.
Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
The page that is used to "subscribe" to a contributor or vendor subscription clearly stated that all subscriptions were non-refundable.
You were repeatedly warned that continued trolling would result in a ban, but you chose to continue to violate board rules in order to pursue whatever vendetta you had against PSA.
Your own actions cost you those 6 months. All you had to do was let it go or keep it in your own threads or vendor forum, but again, you chose to inject your issues into any and all threads related to PSA. Your ban was for trolling and you have only yourself to blame for that.

I have been a member here for years and had zero issues till my 1A right were taken away on a supposed pro 2a site. I had nearly 200 positive feedback from the market place as well. Im not the bad guy. I was just treated like shit by the moderator staff.

Jen's forum, her rules. You choose to abide by those rules, whether they're fair or not when you signed up for a service on her site... I know it sucks that you loss money, but it is what it is. I'm not kissing Jen's ass or anything, and I was on your side until I heard the details... Just calling it how I see it.Circle7 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:55 amYou are afforded a personal opinion as a contributor. I wasnt allowed that because my vendor status was supposedly inciting a mob. Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
Funny how the posts that got me banned were all from before I spoke with Nails for over an hour and worked things out. I had not made a single post related to PSA after him and I spoke. But someone else undid all his work talking with me by banning me a day or so later for posts that were from before things got resolved. SMH. I wish you werent as absent Jen because I believe it all could have been avoided had we not been under Nazi controlJen wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 1:59 amThe page that is used to "subscribe" to a contributor or vendor subscription clearly stated that all subscriptions were non-refundable.

Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
You don't have any 1A rights on a private site... On a government ran site maybe, but not a private site... You got what you asked for, but are too full of yourself to admit it.
Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
If your feedback and participation on the forum was really so important to you, you could have just heeded the multiple warnings and temp bans you received prior to the perm ban.
Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
Why did I get temp banned for having an opinion in the first place? Becauze my first ban wasnt for acting out. It was spilling the beans on what was going on behind the scenes in the ak world that lots of members here arent privileged to hear about in their daily work lives.
Ak files is just a PSAs paid for safe space. You cant let anyone know their guns are all out of spec! Shhh. Its a big secret.
Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
Had you kept your "spilling the beans" to related threads and your own forum you wouldn't have been violating the board rules. You were allowed to air your issues / complaints right up until you started taking a giant shit on every thread remotely related to the party you had an issue with. Again, you injected your "spilling the beans" into every unrelated thread possible, and that sir is Trolling. Again, you received numerous warnings and temp bans for violating the rules and again, you continued to troll after being warned.

Re: So when do I get my money back that was stolen from me?
People asked what old trolls would now show up.
I guess thats now been answered in the form of "Captain Ethics, for others and not for me".
Why did I get banned, even as I acknowledge I kept ignoring the rules, even as I was given numerous breaks and latitude to self-correct?
Entitled ass is still an entitled ass.
