Mysterious Seeds from China—Are They Dangerous?

Virginia and Utah officials have advised residents not to plant unidentified, unsolicited seeds that residents have reported receiving in packets with Chinese text on them.

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) announced Friday that it "has been notified that several Virginia residents have received unsolicited packages containing seeds that appear to have originated from China."

VDACS said neither the number of people who have received the seeds nor the species of plant can yet be confirmed.

"The types of seeds in the packages are unknown at this time and may be invasive plant species. The packages were sent by mail and may have Chinese writing on them," the VDACS statement continued.

A Fox affiliate in Salt Lake City also reported this week that Utah residents have also been receiving unsolicited seed packages with Chinese writing over the past two weeks.

If any of this is true then there needs to be a explanation of why why shit is getting in to USA un inspected form China .

How are these residents receiving it USPS , UPS , FEDEX ?? WTF is because you have a fear and panic story with no facts .

Chinese writing dosent mean it came from China . It may have came from the local Chinease restaurant and is supposed to go on your food or maybe make your dick grow .

If something just shows up then at least say how its delivered . That picture is lame as fuck thats more than a packet . Were is a picture of the packets??? Apparently nobody and read Chinese and say what is wrote on the packets ?????

Please do not plant these seeds. VDACS encourages anyone who has received unsolicited seeds in the mail that appears to have Chinese origin to contact the Office of Plant Industry Services (OPIS) at 804.786.3515 or through the ReportAPest@vdacs.virginia.gov email.

Invasive species wreak havoc on the environment, displace or destroy native plants and insects and severely damage crops. Taking steps to prevent their introduction is the most effective method of reducing both the risk of invasive species infestations and the cost to control and mitigate those infestations.

Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship state seed control official ,Robin Pruisner told Reuters seeds may be coated with something that could damage crops ,possibly insecticide or fungicide...............

“I’ve had people describe to me that the seeds are coated with something purple. I haven’t had it in my hands yet, but it sounds an awful lot like a seed treatment,” she told the outlet.

As much as I’d like to gift China with a second sun, it would need to be a little more discreet but absolutely get the message across.
Perhaps spike a bunch of meds we ship them with viagra, causing them to all walk around with tiny little slanty boners?
Or maybe go with a classic, like hack some of their shit and cause mayhem, like pipe anti-communist/government footage or media directly into every cell phone and broadcasting tv/radio station in the country?
Shut down all the sewage treatment sites in the country, causing a huge back-log.
Shut down all the trains for a day.

My brother got a package, customs marked as Jewelry. It went to our mom`s address and she orders cheap Chinese seeds fucking constantly off Ebay, so she didn`t think anything of it when another package arrived. Only when my brother came to visit and saw his name on the package did he suspect anything.

His were in a small ziploc bag (the same type you find around tweakers) and filled partially with very small brown seeds. They led to an argument (from which I excused myself) about how the CCP got a hold of his name and address. I just handed over the free phone book sitting on the counter and opened to a random page. Y`know, the ones loaded with names, addresses and phone numbers for totally free? Even if you think the US .gov establishment has our best interests at heart (tip - they don`t.), it is still insanely easy to send blocks of names and addresses back to the mothership by an agent in the field.

I think if Eisenhower wasn`t such a pussy he`d have let MacArthur enact his plan to glass the Korean Peninsula, and set his sights on Mao`s China, making the worlds largest parking lot. We`d be missing a lot of Chinese AKs if that happened, but I don`t like them anyways.
