Very nice! The mid-late 80’s were a good time to be in.

We made our own at Fort Bliss, Texas (El Paso)

We'd stand in formation so long, the polish would melt off our boots and leave boot prints . . .

From context and comments I assume this is a military thing? Maybe boot camp?

Can someone clue in us non-ex-military guys the meaning of that photo please.

Coolness. Thanks for your service gents!!!

My interest and appreciation of the military is deep. My personal experience in the military however was being in the "KISS Army" back in the '70s and being a Kentucky Colonel :D

My car was made in 1980.

There's probably crap in my refrigerator from 1990...

Funny, I still feel 18 inside...

I attended Air Defense artillery School at Ft Bliss. That has to be the most inappropriately named military base on the entire planet.
