In my engineering work, I have met many Blacks who come from African nations.

Every single one of them was professional, well spoken and you almost immediately stopped noticing that this was a Black Man.

What I am saying is that it is not about skin color, but about education.

I agree. And that’s part of my overarching point. We’re being forced into a situation that’s doomed to fail. We have a 6.5 % segment of out population commiting over 51% of the murders in this country.

Of that 51% of murders by blacks almost 90% is on other blacks .

That comes out to about 48% of homicide in this country is by blacks on blacks by a mere 6.5% segment.

Now if you factor in that in big cities the solved rate for homicide is about 7% that means 92% of the race of murders not caught is unknown .
It's not unreasonable to figure that based on the victims being 95 % black like in Chicago to figure that there is likely another 35 to 40 percent of black murdrres running around loose.

Now there are a large number of cities that refuse to report race of criminals.
Factor all this in and it's very probable that blacks commit over 60 or even 70 percent of murders in the USA and since about 95 percent are by men that means a mere 6.5% segment of our population is commiting some were between 60 to 90 percent of murders.

Hispanics come in at a very distant 2nd.

Over 33% of black men are in prison have been in prison or are in the system wating to go to prison.
That is prision and not counting convictions other crimes . Its estimated nearly 45 % of black men have been arrested for something .

Now factor in the ones not caught for crimes your likey well over 50%

Today in many schools they wont suspend kids or discipline them because if they did its estimated that in some school districts 80% or more would be expelled and schools fear racism allegation.
Now we have that spreading to adults were cops fear of arresting a black man and courts wont prosecute.

Along the way man decided he didn't want to live in concert with nature and chose to live above it, disobeying nature's laws and creeds. He's chosen to ignore the very laws that attempt to guide him and keep him in check. And today and for centuries one of the things man has been doing to create havoc amongst the population is force people to live among those they simply do not wish to live. The place where I work serves a lot of inner city Blacks. Blacks represent about 60% to 70% of my customer base. As you can imagine, I've had my fill of diversity. I'm tired of the attitudes, the screaming, the fighting, the profanity, the rudeness and the general ugliness these people bring. Like OP said; there are some damn good Black people. Sadly, they are few and far between.

I interview for a new job tomorrow and will take whatever they offer.

We must have the exact same job! Its like they are trained from a young age. If they yell, scream and use profanity they will get their way. They literally walk in the door screaming about this and that before they so much as meet one of my employees. They threaten and insult to get their way. To top it off they demand something for free due to whatever made up reason ie. they had to wait, they were disrespected, we didnt help them fast enough, whatever, fill in the blank. You literally have to dish it right back and get in their face and then usually they will back down. I work in the auto industry. Today it was you changed my oil 3 months ago and it must have been something you guys did to now cause my air conditioning not to work. They pull in my service drive with the bass pumping so loud the windows rattle and get out of their cars like its normal. I had a guy call today asking about a new luxury car. When I asked about his budget he told me it was going to be his 18th birthday and his dad was buying him a new car from prison mind you and he had 4000 to spend. I guess i'd have to charge his dads commissary account. Thats just the tip of the iceberg. I simply cannot relay the amount of stories and situations on a daily basis. Every morning my lot is littered with 2 to 6 cars that they drop off during the night. When we check the vin and find out who owns them, we call and are told " i dont want it anymore, piece of shit dont run and it costs to much, Im givin it back." ITS UNFUCKING BELIEVABLE!!! EVERYDAY THIS SHIT! And I thought it was only me experiencing this shit!

Yep. You and I have different jobs but we serve the same customer base. A couple days ago I enthusiastically voulunteered to help the janitors move bags of rotting garbage in order to get about 2 hours respite from disgusting customers.

They solve every issue with loud babbling & violence. Why? Because they know no other way to behave despite the fact that they have been living among us and have white people to study. Apparently they haven't learned a fucking thing over the last 150+ years either because they are stubborn and don't want to or they lack the brain power to learn and better themselves. There isn't one good thing about black people as a whole... they have not brought civilization to a higher level...conversely, all they seem to do is fuck up everything they touch.

I think a lot of thr problem is there is moral standard for many black families to draw from.
There is no long standing tradition of being proper or moral.

I do find it hard to see how a young black child who has no proper role models in life to not end up bei g tbe same as a adult . Who do they look up to in a Family setting if nobody has never worked , half are c ok nvicted criminals and your taught to speak gibberish bouphonic crap with attitude and self importance in every sentence.
Sadely many dont know proper from improper.

When I grew up we had black familys two houses down in both directions.
Family to the west had a dad who was ex military who had worked his whole life was a hell of a mechanic and body man . Mom was a stay at home who took care of the home they owned .
I grew up with there kids. All three were honor role, exceptional athletes and good honest people.
Two are now executives in banks .
There parents were strict and they had a moral up bringing and people to learn from. I'm still friends with the kids.

The house to the east was a rental.
The dad was in prision . Mom was a drunk likely drug addict . Shit every were in the yard , wefair recipients.
She talked with attitude and like she was self important.
Both sons were low life scum from when I met them in kindergarten. Robbed my parents house when i was in the 5 grade. , were violent in school . I was attacked by them in junior high.
There both serving life in prision one for rape one for murder.
They emulated those who raised them and the values those people had.

The black kids to the west were not allowed to play with the blacks to the east . There parents didnt want there kids hanging out with bad people .

Many white people can go back 10 generations and show a history were the next learned and moved forward .

With blacks they dont have that.
Most the successful blacks born in the US had a role model or went into the military or someone who guided them and gave them a moral base line and a realization that there actions and how they were perceived have consequences.

I have a black friend who was born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa .
He is highly educated in England is very intelligent as is his family.
He came here in his 20,s with his parents .
If you want a interesting conversation on American Blacks he will give you a ear full.
He thinks there lazy and most are ghetto.
He hated going to a bar or event full of blacks.
Not because he hated Blake's he hated the ghetto way they acted .

My aunt not by blood helped raise a black kid from the time he was about 8.
His mother was a crack head .
My aunt played sort of a foster mother to him and later to his sister. Helped the m oh ther off of drugs.
The took the boy camping , fishing and treated him a lot like a son.
Malcome graduated from college after earning a scholarship ship. He now works with troubled youth and holds a full time job as a IT tech of some type.
The sister is married has kids and they all work and own homes .

At some point B
blacks need to find a moral compass and find direction .
The director of the local boys and girls club has done a lot of good things for the black community.
A black man himself from Chicago is one of three from his school still alive .
That man works hard . The kids that go through his hands have about a 85% graduation rate and a high percentage go to college many with scholarship .
He states you dont come here to play pool, ping pong and basket ball. You come here to learn and be part of something better. He has gotten funding from business and other donors, provided computers and has even started training programs to learn a trade .
Hes the first to say blacks need to start from with in to have a better life . He dosent play the race card a lot but will call out shit especially cops that are bad.
Sadly he is bit Anti gun .
But that one man has likely done more for black youths here than 50 million in welfare and subsidizing ever could .
