Banned on AKFILES

Hey-can anyone check on the AK board and give me any detail as to why I was banned?
I tried to PM Nails from this board, but the PM still shows in my out box.

I don't know, I've never been banned.
I believe you can log in and the Banned files will be the only forum open to you.

Until now, neither have I.
Honestly, I’m puzzled as to what I could have drawn a week ban for. Now I’m curious.
Perhaps Beef Supreme will stop in and advise me.

My ban was lifted a few minutes ago and it still says I'm banned.

Racism is listed as the reason with the added:”you quote it you own it”.

Thanks-It turns out the feature allowing a banned member to log out but still visit the banned thread to see what happened isn’t enabled at this time.
Funny thing is I didn’t pick up on the racist component of the (untraditional) term when I quoted it.
I did quote it though, so I’ll do the time.

Have you tried while logged in? Being banned logs you out?

Have you tried while logged in? Being banned logs you out?
Yes.
Per Nails a banned user used to be able to log out, but still access the banned thread ( if I understood correctly).
Currently this function is not enabled.

That ban bot is phucked up, if go to the "banned list" thread in General it will say my ban has expired(Aug. 13 @3:45 am), yet click on my profile and it will say banned, and yeah I logged out more than a few times already.

In your case, I’d PM (from this board)the Mod that banned me over there. If it’s expired, then it’s expired.

Clicking "log out" does nothing also. Have to manually delete the cookies.
