Wow, that was pretty disturbing....good post though, makes you think about what you're eating on the street.

I have ate some stuff down there thats makes you wonder really what is in it., but it did not seem to faze the locals so i went ahead and sent it down the still wondering...

Those human meat tamales need to be cooked 'well done' to make sure all the germs are dead. Never eat a 'rare' tamale!

No such thing as a rare tamale. The meat is cooked and shredded before it's put in the masa and wrapped in corn husk. Then they are steamed to cook the masa.

chicken with green chile are my favorite. I buy them every sunday from the lady across the street. $4 for a dozen. YUM!

Don't think i've tasted the human flavored one......however she does have a twenty some year old daughter that i would love to .......well taste.
