No shit, when I was in Tokyo and Yokohama, the company I was visiting had an employee "wellness" center with a gym complete with martial arts mats. Employees would work out their frustrations and disputes with a sort of Kendo match…..except no masks and the swords and staffs were big sticks covered with soft foam rubber. But not so soft that it wouldn’t make an impression when you got swatted in the face with one. The rules were no head strikes but my guide laughed and said that it was the number 1 rule that employees broke in the company.
