Appears Aussie (lower def is) but with Brit Maranyl furniture. If there are no handguards, I'd start with an offer of $450, but don't I wouldn't give over $600. If there are any parts missing, negotiate around those. Overall, looks like a pretty good find, imho...

The carry handle is New Zealand,

Ah, but it could be New Zealand, check the carry handle. That the hand guards are missing is a bummer cause NZ units are unique and rare. I'm thinking NZ by way of AU. Lower serial number would tell the tail, if one has the list.
Nice kit.

handguards are there. Look at the center right edge of the second picture under the red tag.
I say Aussie made NZ issue $500 to $650 depending on the barrel condition and if its cut or not

Good eye, I obviously missed it. Wish there was a better pic of them.

The pic is good enough to see that the HGs are not NZ.

The photo showing the handguards is gone (unless I'm somehow missing it)?? The HGs in that photo had the British pattern two slots on the bottom, where the halves meet, and straight edges on the top where the halves meet. The NZ handguards have those same two slots on the bottom, plus a nearly identically positioned pair of slots on the TOP of the handguards, where the halves meet. I've read that the NZ armorers felt that there was insufficient cooling flow with the British pattern; who knows if that is true or not.
