K1A1 price

Anyone help with a good price for a K1A1? I looked at one in excellent shape and had been fired very little. Hardly any handling marks. The owner allowed me to inspect the internals. He's asking $2800 which I believe is far too much. There's one on GB right now starting at $2195 with no bids. What's a fair price? I thought they were more sought after than what I've been seeing. I think they're super cool but I don't want to over pay either.

In my opinion he's off by at least $1,000. The reason that Daewoos (both K1s and K2s) are sitting on Gunbroker at $2,000 is that they are over priced. The only way they sell is when they get into the $1,800 (or less) range. If he really wants to sell he'll eventually lower the price. If not be patient - you'll find one reasonably priced.

I have 2, planning on selling one because I need to downsize PDQ.

No issues with it, except for some small bit of corrosion on the stock. Not even rust, looks more like something grew on the metal slides of the stock, which I sanded off.

$1550 shipped Conus to friendly FFL.

That's a good price! I paid close to that many years ago for mine....and wouldn't let it go that cheap!
