Online SBR form 1 approved

I used the online application to file a form 1 for an SBR. It was approved in 20 days. It was easier then I thought. Being it is a government website I thought it would be terrible. Glad my shooting buddies talked me into trying this. The last form 1 I mailed took 11 months.

Have not bought a suppressor in years because of the extended wait times.
So SBRs are flying through........Form 4s?

I did a paper/personal in Mid March for a Krinkov build. This thread gives me hope that maybe even the paper side of it might be speeding up!

Ive been trying to do the online form for two straight hours.
Its a freekin nightmare. Nothing saves ( even though it says it does ) and it glitches so bad I cant finish the steps.
Ive done it literally 6 times now and it won't let me pay at the end.
The payment window just won't pop up.

I think I finally got it. I guess maybe everyone and their brother is doing an individual SBR tonight and crashing the system.
So the wait begins. Short barreled AR!

Both on a trust.

I just got my SBR and DD stamps after 20 days. Approved on a Sunday as well.

Email. It comes with a PDF attachment of the application with the stamp on it.

Thank you. Ive got one in on the 23rd, so Ill let you know when it goes through. If it is as fast as its been for everyone else I just might do another 9mm AR pistol Ive got laying around.

I did a Krinkov last March, still waiting.
