SUIT Repair - Guidance Needed

Guys:

Cleaning out my range bag and found my old broken SUIT. The the two rivets that hold the cradle to the adaptor have sheared off. How on earth would you ever repair such a thing and who would do it? The only way you could get the top cover separated to access the rivets would be to break the 6 spot welds that hold the "square" section of the dust-cover/adaptor to the actual dust cover. Surely someone has cracked the code on how to do this. Or should I just sell the SUIT and trash everything else?

If I understand correctly, my mount also got loose and I had a few welds added to eliminate any movement. Is this the area you're talking about?

I used steel nuts and bolts, loc-tited and staked. You have to drill holes in the topcover.
