One thing about this match guys, it's entirely a charity event for Protect the Harvest. Every dime of profit will go to this awesome charity. If you don't know anything about Protect the Harvest, check them out at the link below. The easiest way I know to describe them, is they're what the NRA SHOULD be, only for agriculture instead of guns. They're one of the driving forces for good to help support our farmers and ranchers across the country. You can check out their mission statement at https://protecttheharvest.com/about/...oaAolUEALw_wcB

You can also check out their Facebook page at:

Our second sponsor for the match is @kahntrol_solutions . They've been a huge supporter of this match from the very beginning and their brakes are second to none. From self timing to some of the best recoil reduction in the game, you'll find Kahntrol Solutions devices on the rifles of everyone from PRS champions to 3 gun wizards. We have another sponsor! Bluegrass Targets have been sponsors for a while as well, and they're gonna come back this year in a big way. If you're looking for the best deals on the highest quality steel targets, look no further. I've shot these things in very not recommended ways for years and they're barely nicked. You can check them out on Facebook, or order from them at their website.

So let's talk classes. There are 3 separate classes that competitors can choose from. First is Open. Run whatever, team up with whoever, do whatever you want(within the rest of the rules). Second, we have our Jack and Jill. This team has at least one female runner. Two girls wanna team up? Awesome, you're eligible too. Third is our Lone Survivor class. These badasses will do my team course by themselves. They have the same round count, same obstacles, same everything as the teams, they're just doing it alone. This class is limited entry, and will only have 15-20 slots available. If you're a single person and either don't want to/can't get into the Lone Survivor class, let me know. Post on the page. Shout to the world. Put out a singles ad. We will find you a teammate.

We have another sponsor! The Big Puma is sponsoring the Jack and Jill division with some ultra rare Big Puma Gear! This gear cannot be bought, it can only be gifted, or more importantly, won.

We have another sponsor! @tandemkross is returning this year. They put the fantastic trigger in the 10/22 last year, and threw a bunch of gear on the prize table. They make some of the best rimfire accessories on the market today, so they were pumped to hear that we were bringing back the rimfire match on Sunday. You can check them out on social media and at their website below.

We have another sponsor! Returning this year is @btindllc . They sponsored the side match last year with their "Accu-Shot" challenge and will be returning this year in the same capacity. Closest to the center of the bullseye takes home a 300 dollar certificate good for any of their awesome products. Whether you need a new bipod for your hunting rifle, or a rear monopod for a precision long range rig, these are the guys to go to. Check them out on social media and on their website

Stage 1 - Can I Count on You?
Count Dracula is leading the invasion of the supernatural forces to wipe out the human race. Kill his captains before taking a shot at the Lord of Night himself.

Before the stage begins, one teammate will use a staged shotgun and provided ammo to try and hit 4 clay " bats" in flight. Each clay destroyed will eliminate one target and add 5 seconds to the par time for the stage. If you clean all 4, 30 seconds will be added to the par time. Targets are eliminated from nearest to farthest.

On the buzzer, the other teammate will engage 6 targets, minus any eliminated by shotgun, from nearest to furthest. The closest target will be at 200, the furthest at 700. If you clear the stage, you can decide to remain on the shot clock and shoot at the bonus "Dracula" target at 850 for an advantage later in the course. You stage time is last shot fired, regardless of target being engaged. Failure to eliminate all but Dracula will result in a DNF. A spotting scope will be provided as well.

@twobluescrews did a great AAR on the 2019 Run For Your Life Zombie RnG. For those who couldn't make it, or are new, here's a little glimpse into last year.

Stage 2 - The Bug Hunt - Presented by Primer & Co

Wild explosions of magic have caused the bugs to grow to truly horrifying proportions. But they retain their ability to hide, sometimes in plain sight. Find them and exterminate with extreme prejudice.

On the buzzer, you and your partner will enter two seperate shooting boxes. Split between the two boxes are 13 targets. Each target must be hit twice to be considered eliminated. Once you both are convinced you have shot all the targets on your side, swap sides and repeat. Each target not eliminated will incur a 15 second penalty. Lone survivors will swap 3 times to account for the same number of targets.

Pistol hits - 52
