Pilot Parachutes (Where is Base704...)

Have opportunity to buy several of each size "drag chutes" or "pilot chutes" whichever term one prefers to use. On all I have is that it it measurers six feet across and used for artillery flares Vietnam amd later issue. Next measures five foot diameter and is an Army T-10R Pilot Parachute. Next has two measurements of 62" across with 31" of drop. Next is same size as previous but is called a Drouge Chute and has four vent holes at top. Then have a drag chute that is 106" diameter with 53" of drop.

Is there an easy breezy formula or online calculator that will generate drop speeds with a given load for such? Guy has tons of military parachutes up to the size used dropping cargo the size of vehicles out of the back of planes but I need nothing like that. Want to float payloads such as flares launched from air compressor powered air cannons and larger model rockets that use the large refillable rocket engines for economy if able to recover. Being able to float a burning chunk of whit hot phosphorous over zombies with night vision or actually time a series flash-bangs to suddenly pop five to twentyfive feet off ground level before anyone realizes they are floating in and after one or two unsure if that's it or another dozen behind them would be interesting experiment.

Figure BASE jumpers are used to close calculations and likely some jump masters or cargo experts around this joint that can turn a fellow on to some resources. Once know drop rate for load then it's just a matter of calculating how high it needs to be launched before trip back to earth begins. If nothing else be good Fourth of July fun in safe area.
