Rare bird....whats it worth?

Sig Neuhausen made 551 police trade in carbine with original zippered carry case, sling, manual, chamber flag and a few spares (gas piston, recoil spring gas plug, B+T picatinny rail)

That looks like the buyer and possibly the seller didnt understand the difference between a pre ban, an LE trade in, and a pistol to rifle conversion......

Playing around with it today, its pretty much a hybrid with CETME / HK / Galil sights, an AK bolt group, and a very FAL trigger group. No disconnector, it uses the same clever sliding sear as the FAL, albeit in a vertical plane captured by the stamped trigger, not horizontally like the FAL. Notice the hammer is *gasp!* a MIM part with ejector pin marks. Trigger pull is without a doubt the finest I've ever seen on a stock military rifle, even compared to antique Mausers and Krags. Equal to a lot of aftermarket AR triggers. The springs are square profile wire and very clockwork like. Well, they are Swiss after all.....
