This is not the forum for those questions.

Considering it needs $150+ machine work to get a mag to fit,
is probably warped with the piston hole enlarged,
and may need an oversize locking shoulder,
and the mag catch hole is probably drilled crooked,
- I'd put it around $300

ALL DSA Brit cut are significantly defective.

MOST 2016-2018 production are problematic at best. Voyagers are crap.

2019 production, starting with the Izzy, have been good, or such minor issues as to be unworthy of reporting.

DSA Brit upper

I guess mine is one of the exceptions, because mine went together with no problems, feeds, functions, fits, and works fine thank you very much.

I suppose it's possible, but I suspect it shares the same defects as all the others. I mean really, what are the odds that the serial number before yours is bad, and after yours is bad, but yours is perfect? I've built maybe 20, from SLR 016 to SLR 094. So spanning a run a of 100 receivers. ALL have been significantly bad, most so bad a factory mag wouldn't fit.

Just the ones I took the time to document, include
034
014
071
094
018
095
102
093
023
019
024
056
016A

As stated in the past, it now seems all DSA British L1A1 issues were not systemic.
