Our Governor’s Executive Order, which went into effect this past Monday, is pretty vague & open-ended defining who is/is not considered essential. We are an environmental consulting firm, so you’d think we’d be non-essential. However, many of our clients are municipal govs., and our projects are considered essential for ongoing infrastructure improvements in these municipalities, so we’re able to keep our field teams out doing their thing. We voluntarily closed our physical office locations starting on March 17, so all us managers, scientists, & business development folks have been working from home since then. All our meetings & correspondence is via video conferencing. My kids are off school till May 1, so home is where I’ll be working till then. I do have travel papers as well, in case I have to pick something up from my office or need to go to a project site for any reason.

It’s not so bad now. Ask me again in a month. 😜

We are SO open.

First one of you I catch dancing nekkid on top of the dumpster, I’m sending you right through the booby-hatch.

Unless you promise to keep your appointments and not do it again.

Open, considered an essential business. Many are working remote, some still going in the office.

Crime doesn't stop so I'm back to work tomorrow after my 3 days off. Apparently property crime in the city is up but not so much in the county; maybe cuz our deputies are pretty good at catching shit birds...

Plenty of loony tunes people out there that need to be kept in check but no traffic stops unless there is a "danger to the public" so people speeding are catching a break.

I'm retired.

Does that make me permanently open or permanently closed?

I am working from home, as are several other people from APEX that had offices.
I usually like to have the news on in the background, but not right now!
So I am just listing product and handling correspondence.
OH, and reading firearms forums!

It's interesting (and probably says something about human nature), but I see a lot more traffic today (after the stay-at-home) than yesterday (before the stay-at-home).

Just sayin'...

I suspect it's closer to openly impermanent. Like Russell Nash.

If I were secretly permanent, I'd be Connor McLeod.
