Any FAL events still exist?

Ah, remember the days of old with FAL events throughout USA.

Are there any FAL-centric meet-ups/ shoots anymore? Where? When?

The GA RBGC match is probably my favorite, but you just missed it weekend before last.

The OR shoot is a blast and coming up in June. The north TX shoot is also fun but they did not do it last fall for some reason. I've never made the WA shoot but it sounds like fun and I know most of the guys there, I think it is in April.

I'm hoping to do a small one here this summer, primarily for our local crowd within an hour or two of me. You would be welcome however.

I went to my first Georgia RBGC FAL Match and it was great. Stimpy, Kotengu, and Tac-40 did a great job with it (and kudos to anyone else who helped that I missed), there was lots of action and challenge, and even a newbie like me was able to complete everything (albeit very slowly). Everyone was really cool and great to meet. At the close of the match everyone worked together to tear down the course and clean up. It was competitive, yet low-pressure, and now I'm gonna look forward to it each year.
