Talking Foriegn Survielance Act changes

Has FISA worked to prevent terror as it was designed to do,,, we still trust to luck for the most part,,, in my opinion.
Weaponized FISA has been badly misused with no safe guards or penalty to date,,, most terrorist foreign operatives probably think of FISA has a joke,,, on the USA.

Might want some history...

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit...eillance_Court

Over the entire 33-year period, the FISA court granted 33,942 warrants, with only 12 denials a rejection rate of 0.03 percent of the total requests.[4]*This does not include the number of warrants that were modified by the FISA court.[5]

On December 16, 2005,*The New York Times*reported that the*Bush*administration had been conducting surveillance against U.S. citizens without specific approval from the FISA court for each case since 2002.[9]*On December 20, 2005, Judge*James Robertson*resigned his position with the court, apparently in protest of the secret surveillance,[10]*and later, in the wake of the*Snowden leaks*of 2013, criticized the court-sanctioned expansion of the scope of government surveillance and its being allowed to craft a secret body of law.[11]*The government's apparent circumvention of the court started prior to the increase in court-ordered modifications to warrant requests.

In 2011, the Obama administration secretly won permission from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to reverse restrictions on the National Security Agency's use of intercepted phone calls and e-mails, permitting the agency to search deliberately for Americans' communications in its massive databases.*

It's long past time for fisa to come to an end. Everything about it is unconstitutional and it's only real purpose is as a political weapon as has been demonstrated. A bureaucracy created out of thin air with unlimited power and zero oversight, what could go wrong, right?

to protect deep statist criminal elite
from the deplorable irredeemable bitter clingers.

And another bullseye!

And that is why like 98% of other voters, come next election cycle I am voting for more of the same and the continuation of FISA.

The criminal system is going to now try and protect itself by claiming procedural errors were the problem and not politically motivated corruption?.......Thats rich!

The IG release showed one glaring truth.. and that is deepstate cover up artist Barr has put zero pressure on any of the FBI coup conspirators, i would bet Barr's fat ass hasn't even interviewed any of them under oath..If Barr were serious about getting justice here Comey, Page and McCabe would be in solitary confinement being pressured to talk and testify against each other.....You know, Like Muller did to manafort. They are getting away with it and that is why we see Comey, Page and McCabe on MSM laughing and mocking Trump......PURE BULLSHIT!

Barr and his stooge Whitacre are putting on a tutorial on how to slow walk and cover up the biggest political scandal in US history and protect these weaponized alphabet gestapos so they can be used on we the people....If Whitacre had one ounce of integrity he would resign and blow the whistle on Barr.....But i would not be at all surprised if they were both on Epstien's island molesting children with the Clintons....DISGUSTING!!!!!

You will know if you still have a country, if the laws of the Republic are still from the Constitution by the actions of Barr. If he doesn't prosecute these criminals that ran the coup then the country is done.

"Main Core List"

FISA? On Americans?

Storck and Page may have surveiled me; I was one of the first Trump supporters here in 2015.

I wanted Russia to release those missing 33,000 emails as do most Americans, if Russia has them.
Roger Stone did too, and got convicted of lying to Congress; not for wanting those emails to be released that he did not steal.

It is an American thing to want to read dirt on scum, like Democrats.
Crime statistics do it for me..........like reading porn, it gives me such joy.

Now that Fizzle has proven to be a political tool I bet the politicians will do something to limit it's power.

Barr's inaction here is tantamount to the Chicago police telling you with a straight face they couldn't arrest John Wayne Gacy for the 33 dead boys they found buried in his crawlspace because they needed more evidence.

FISA courts are operated outside the Constitutional boundaries guaranteed to every citizen,,, suspicion of treason or terrorism is it's sole justification,,, that suspicion needs a high level of provable evidence not hearsay from political opponents,,, without penalties for offering false witness there can be no reform just more false allegations.

34 thousand illegal FISA warrants issued under color of law to spy on americans.

12 or 13 have been denied.

FISA is working as intended, there will be no reform.
