Hunting for frogs, I think

Here (central Wa. state) you will see these guys standing in hay fields patiently waiting for gophers to stick their heads out of their holes. ZAP... another gopher gone. They do a pretty good job.

Nope, no frog legs or snails for me. An Italian- American club maybe. Second thought Olive Garden will do just fine.

I see them in the pond behind my house. I found a rookery in a swamp 3/4 of a mile back in the woods. Plenty o’ frogs and little fishies in the pond. See the smaller white heron/egrets, too.
