Was a good customer for a long time but their auto center screwed up (badly rounded and cross threaded) a lug nut on my truck when I took it there for some work and refused to own up to it or fix it. Had to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed and then fought with Sears corporate for 2 month to get them to pay that bill for me.

Lost me as a customer ever since then. In a competitive age where customer retention is key to survival, they screwed the pooch.
