Bottlenecks work fine in semi autos and full autos but those guns get rid of the empty as its fired. Cylinder dragging around a spent case that's pushed back would make for difficult shooting. Trigger pull would get harder after each shot.

No not for me, I don't own one and favor straight wall cartridges like my 44 specials and 38 special. Don't want a gun I have to screw with to make it shoot. Loaded 200 44 special for the next range session and looking forward to the simplicity and fun of straight walls.
