I've done this with aviation publications before Efiles where accepted, put it on a flash drive and take it to kinkos, office depot, etc. and they will print it and even bind (several options) it for you. Cost about 30ish back in 2009 time frame.

Does commuting the sentence merely cover federal convictions, or state too? It might be the reason President Trump went this route instead of with a pardon.
