Now the AK Board is up and running, why are there so many AK Members clogging up the FAL Market place ??

Got number 3 & 4 kit Saturday.
One is exceptional, wood look almost new.
Has a Matching Serial Number Bolt & Carrier !!
Finally got lucky.
I have my last kit on its way, as a replacement for one I returned due to damage.

As title suggests, I have a brand new, un-used, never mounted, Type-2 DSA Receiver I'd like to trade for a Type-1
Don't care if yours is new or used.

Any enthusiastic takers ?

I can only think of one reason to carve notches on a stock, what does the lower receiver look like? Since I cleaned up the stock they are not as visible, but in the sun you can pick them up pretty clearly. As for the lower, it is in what I think is pretty good shape. Head Spacing Gauges (go/no-go) can be found on Ebay.

I also bought an 8" long Pin Gauge 7.58 mm from Vermont, for checking Straightness in the Barrel.
