OK , IT WAS THE TOPCOVER ! (Top Cover was a little long and it was keeping the Rifle from locking up , took off Top Cover & it Locked up . Took moto tool and removed a tiny bit of metal from end of Top Cover AND YAAAAA , it locked up . Put Sling on and Rife is ready for Test Fire .

Yes , still the Lever only partially moved Forward

The Part that comes out of hole in the Lower to Lock it to Upper only moves out of the Hole around 3 mm (It barely catches ) I'm thinking the Upper is not fully seating into the Lower perhaps ?

Watched ARS DVD last night and assembled Mag Catch/ Latch assembly onto upper with the Metric Spring (It works ) , then attempted to mate Upper to Lower and the Takedown lever would not seat all the way (Barely locking up ) I did not Install the Bolt & Carrier into the Mix , does the Upper not fully...

Gunthings and he is adding a Commonwealth Spring so I can compare all three ( Mystery too large original with the kit ) ( Metric one from DSArms ) ( Gunthings British one )

The Spring that was attempted on mine will be compared to the FAL Spring (When it arrives from DSA ) there is a slight chance it is not a Commonwealth Spring or Metric Spring but an outlier spring swept up from the table during viewing of the L1A1 Kit at the Big Reno Gun Show .
