So on my stock I have two weird small rectangle indents in the same position on both sides of the stock. There was this weird wood filler covering it but when I touched it, it fell off. I think my kit came with two different styles of hand guards. I think one is newer than the other. One of them is more orange and dished screw holes while the other one is darker brown with just a straight drill hole. Is this common for these handguards?
