Re: Izzy kits 299.00 at PSA

When you guys start building these things I could be buyer for one. I don't build but wouldn't mind watching someone do so AK or FAL.

I have got to get on the FalFiles.

What I have learned here is the kit build is worth less than a factory build but agree it won't sell as fast probably.

Re: What book are you reading?

Since late March, I've read Wicked (I really hoped it would have an ending), Watership Down (good read, I wish I had read it 30 years ago), Time for the Stars (classic Heinlein), Red Planet (Heinlein again), A Hole in Space (Larry Niven short stories), and The Wind in the Willows. Watership Down is...

Re: Have both AM & FM Radio Stations gone to hell?

I really like listening to Rush. Commercials are my greatest annoyance. Normally, I click away, watch the clock and come back three minutes later. I am with you on strongly disliking the commercials. I drive about 16 miles round trip for work and listen to CD's but to be honest I gave up on our loc...

Re: It’s Better to Get Shot with an AK-47 Than an M4/AR-15

I would think a huge factor would be if it hits bone. If a bullet hits bone it is going to bounce and probably do all kinds of damage as opposed to a threw and threw no matter what caliber. Other factors also being types of ammo SP, HP, JHP, etc. Hitting major organs and blood pumping or carrying ve...

Unless you can prove anything the monetary value is only what you feel it's worth and what someone is will to pay you for it. Documentation of authenticity is where the true money value is. You have to prove it is what it is. If I had a Babe Ruth game worn jersey it could be worth a million or a hun...

I think some of them need to be re-trained or kicked out. I think they need to be held accountable for their actions. I think they need to able to do their jobs without someone always looking over their shoulder. I think they need to be paid a real salary. I also think the job is getting harder and ...
