Bump, come on, somebody squirreled these away.....could use an early lugged barrel too, 3 Israeli kits needing barrels.

I may have an Argentine chrome lined, non bipod, with factory muzzle threads in my stash. I hope to be able to look this weekend. If I do, I will send a PM.

The dings referenced result from the hammer spring being pried out of it's place and allowing the spring guide tube to impact the recoil plate.

My former employer never had a firearm policy of which I was aware. I carried and it was "known" that I carried. It never became an issue.

Yeah, as mentioned - DSA carriers suck. THey need to be sanded, sometimes jut to get them to fit in a DSA receiver. Sides aren't parallel. I removed some material at top "shoulder" of the carrier on both sides until it slid freely. Works good now. Thanks everyone Hopefully that will be sufficient.

It isn't the cover. It is the carrier. Been there, done that. You will be much better served to go to https://www.sarcoinc.com/fal-paratroope ... rier-new/e and buy an Argentine Para carrier and use the one pictured as a paper weight.
