2020 Washington Spring shoot

Well, after much deliberation the date has been set... April 17-19 for the spring shoot.
There will also be a volunteer work weekend to clean the range and do some repairs on the weekend of April 3-5. The work weekend is strictly volunteer!!
There will be more posted as we figure it out. :D

Good deal bud, it's been a while. :)

nickmil February 28, 2020 00:04

I plan on being there. I’m going to try and get a sub for Friday but if not will be Saturday morning. If I get a sub for Friday I hope to be there Thursday sometime.
Hope you make it JohnnyP! I like how you say “Basil Fawlty”
I picked up the dvd set of Fawlty Towers. I need to find the time to watch them before the shoot lol

Last trip to Dave's I got Old Faithful tuned up pretty well for 200 yard stuff...
The little 4" diameter cylinders that Boyle hung out there got abused pretty badly.

I find it hard to believe you can see 4 inches at 200 yards.

2 feet away maybe.

Haha! I'm almost certain to make it, unless the great Corona-boogaloo intervenes! Have some toys to shoot :-)

Actually did not too bad.
We’ll do better this time! :shades:
It’s all fun though though. I may actually practice beforehand this time :D

Practice can help. That month ago at Dave's would be the first time I pulled a trigger since the fall shoot. 80-100 rounds seems to help a bit.

You still have your tag from 2014, right? Otherwise you're going to need a password and uh... some other stuff.

I would, but 4x4 put the kibosh on name tags. Luckily I learned most of your names anyway.

Have we been doing this thing since 2014? I was just thinking about that the other day.

If I drink enough beer, I will surely precipitate.

I vaguely remember people with their name embossed on their belt in the really olden days. Is there a significance I don't know about?

Years ago I had one of those belts and a Hubcap buckle. :whistling: It attracted my ex wife. No more for me.
