I don't believe anyone makes an oversize piston, .430 being nominal size I'd replace the gas tube. Tapco, gunthings or DSA should be able to help.

Are you saying you're loosing large quantities of gas around the plug?

I think Moses has some oversized pistons.

But, it might be easier to just enlarge the gas port. A 7/64" bit will enlarge it to .109.

Piston fits the tube. Tube fits the block. How is the block worn?

I would first try a new gas tube.

If that doesn't do it, then you will probably have to enlarge the gas port a bit. You could enlarge it all at once to 0.109, or try a smaller increment. And make sure that you have already eliminated all of the other friction in the rifle.

The fit of the gas piston is dependent on the gas tube, not the gas block. G-1s are notorious for worn gas tube to gas block threads. A new gas tube works for many people in this case. If the new gas tube blows out, then soldering it in and making it into a short tube is a solution.
