How to post a picture?

I see the little image and when I click on it a window opens with "enter the text to be formated" How do I get the picture off my hard drive and onto this? Do I just type the name of the file here? Thanks!

To post a pic into your post, you have to be a contributor. Otherwise, you can only put a URL to the pic. So get your wallet out
