Non Wood replacement L1A1 pistol grips

Are there any replacement pistol grips that will fit a inch L1a1? I don't want wood, I was hoping for a tapco saw style or something similar/ Does anyone make them or can you modify metric grips to fit?

Look for a British plastic grip. They went to plastic in the 1980's. If I had one I would give it to you. That is about the only plastic inch grip I know of. A metric will not work, and I doubt it can be modified to work.

I have the original pebble plastic grip but I was looking for a 922r compliant grip, have you ever seen this grip sleeve? or heard if they are worth using?

You can get a Century made black plastic pistol grip that's US made. The Century PG is is probably the only piece of Century furniture that's worth using. Put a WTB in the market place I'm sure someone has one for sale.
The sleeve you posted is for a metric grip and I doubt it would work on an inch grip.

+1 I forgot about the Century grips. I haven't used them myself but if they are as good as their metric grips I would have no hesitation to buy one myself.

no. but what they are simply saying is that the rubber sleeve fits over an inch grip as well.

I have one of those grip sleeves on my hunting Fal. I don't know if it is a DSA or other brand but I do like it.

I got a couple of the Century inch grips but I prefer the used pebble grain one I got from Apex.

PM me if you are interested in the Century grip or want more info on it.
