37mm launcher...Who will be first to offer it...?
Wonder who will be the first to offer the 37mm launcher adapted to the FAL? Anybody working on it out there? A Quick detach model would surely be nice for those situations in need of flares and such.

Now I realize it's not what you posted about (or was it, subliminally?), BUT....
WAC receivers set-up as break action, ala' m-79, 37mm launchers. No, it wouldn't really work, but damn, I gotta find a use for these things! ![]() Add a couple of pounds to an already heavy MBR, plus another variety of ammo/ Not me! One or two of those German parachute flares packed in the side of the Alice takes up a lot less space, and don'tg weigh the gun down any. If it's that serious that ya gotta send up a flare, call for arty! or CAS! ![]() Best, Paul

It would be cool just to get the "bitch rifle" look of the L1a1s used some in 'Nam without the cost and hassle of an NFA weapon.

There is a company that makes mounts for the real M203s for FALs, Augs, etc. I had their web site but cannot find it now. They may be hard to get with them being a defense contractor and you know they will be $$$ but then you can mount a REAL 203! Which IMHO, is worth the money.

Watched "Red Scorpion" last night and I swear I saw an FAL with a 203 on it. Lots of FALs in there too.

There was a thread over in the marketplace about a possible group purchase of mounts someone is currently developing. $25-$30

hadn't really though of offering these for resale but if it works out I might be able to do a small run of them, it wouldn't happen before this summer though.
