inch-lb torque driver?

Need to be able to measure low numbers of inch-lbs of torque. Any recommendation on a driver that measures 10-30 inch-lbs w/ 1 inch increments? Need something to help chase accuracy on a 22 rifle I have... need to play with torque values on action screws.
