PARA Upper Receiver Cut?

Does anyone know who could do the para cut on the upper receiver? Perhaps a member on here?? With an FFL?

OR

If I were to query a local company; what specific type of machines/skill sets should I be looking for in a company? I'm not fluent in the industry vernacular. If it helps I'm here in Modesto CA for anyone who might be local.

Member 187 is an FFL out of Ohio and can handle it. Sledgehammer Arms is an FFL out of TX and pretty sure he can make the cut.

FWIW I think you may want to further ponder modification to your upper receiver as it may void the warranty.

A solution might be to acquire a "No Nose" top cover instead. It would likel solve your problem without modifying the receiver and creating warranty issues.
