what are the swedish ljugmann 6.5 in mint condition bringing?

Sellers are asking around $550 - $600 (I don't know if they are geting that.) I want one but I am waiting to find a $400 one. With surplus 6.5x55 going for $10-$12 bucks a box I don't want to spend all my cash on the rifle

I believe I paid $50 for mine a year or so ago. I bought a second in very good shape for $325 at a pawn shop this year.

Paid $315 for mine about 3-4 years ago. Lately I've seen prices ranging from $350 to $650. I never see AG42s here in MD anymore but run across them on a regular basis in Western PA (that's where I found mine). Milsurps are so popular here in MD that any nice AG42s get snapped up instantly.

I just bought one advertised as VG+++ condition. My check is in the mail to the seller and I'm expecting to receive next week. I saw the pics of it and it looks good. I paid $500 and think that I, and the seller, got a good deal.

(And yes, I do have interests in rifles other than FN49s - for those of you that have seen my FN49 surveys . . . I even have a FAL ! )
