SPF-P.O. Ackley's Handbook for Shooters and Reloaders Vol. 1 and 2

Vol. 1-Copyright 1962, Vol. 2-Copyright 1966 1st Printing
The amount of historical reference and research in these is amazing. These will compliment any firearm connoisseurs' library and are difficult to find in this condition.
Both are good condition with tight, solid binding. Not marked or hand noted.
I have not made a page by page inspection, but note the following from a thumb through of the books. Vol. 1-pg. 422 is crinkled. Vol. 2 has some slight stains on the first 10 pages or so and a few more through out the rest of the pages. Looks like gun oil. I tried to show in the pics an example of the stains.Vol. 2 has, but they wash out with my camera. In any case, they are slight and I mention them to disclose condition. Vol. 2 also has a corner of pg. 163 torn away and missing, (about 1") and 1 corner of the binding is dog eared.

Now $100 for both shipped and insured USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation.

Believe it or not, but my grandfather has one of four original improved .243's hand built by Mr. Ackley, with his personal shoulder configuration. This would make a great gift. Any chance you would consider some G1 parts in a partial trade? I would really like to pick these up from you. Thanks.
