The shotgun in anti-drone mode
I'll just leave this here -
A remote-controlled aircraft owned by an animal rights group was reportedly shot down near Broxton Bridge Plantation Sunday near Ehrhardt, S.C. Steve Hindi, president of SHARK (SHowing Animals Respect and Kindness), said his group was preparing to launch its Mikrokopter drone to video what he called a live pigeon shoot on Sunday when law enforcement officers and an attorney claiming to represent the privately-owned plantation near Ehrhardt tried to stop the aircraft from flying. The hippy spy drone deserved to be shot down.
Next time get some Iranians to hack into it and land it on your property. |

From the article:
"It didn't work; what SHARK was doing was perfectly legal," Hindi said in a news release. Read more: http://thetandd.com/animal-rights-gr...#ixzz1mqqlfduH I seriously doubt the legality of video surveillance of private property by a third party. You can photograph someone on private property from public land or from a public thoroughfare, but the law draws the line if the person on private property has a reasonable expectation of privacy. The coming proliferation of these drones is going to open up a can of worms that will eventually be challenged in court, IMHO. The the meantime, that Saiga 12 gatling gun that was cobbled together on Sons of Guns is beginning to sound more reasonable to me.
