Belgian Rhodesian Lower

I'm a newbie and I purchased a Belgian lower from Sarco. It had the Rhodesian RA serial number added. I know that country used may FALs so is there any way I can confirm the one I have was made in Belgium?

What markings and proof marks are on it? A couple pics will get your answer in minutes.

Can't see any proofs. Here are some pics. The Rhodesian ser # is a bit washed out with the flash. The other parts on the lower I put on and did not come with it.
