Democrats Offer Solidarity to protesters

Democrats Offer Solidarity to Wall Street Protesters

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011...rotests-mount/

As I see it there is a bunch of people frustrated with the condition our country is in.
Their unborn children are already in debt and there is no relief on the horizon.
I think they're scared of the future and I believe they should be.

One quote from this article really stuck out for me.......

Quote:
At the same summit, businessman and GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain called the demonstrations "anti-capitalism" and "anti-free market." On CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday, Cain said it is "anti-American" to protest bankers.
He said Wall Street didn't write the "failed economic policies."
I'm glad his stint with the Federal Reserve didn't influence his thinking any.

An Offshoot of this stuff is supposed to happen upstate in Utica, Albany, Syracuse, etc.
The Facebook site linked to it says that SEIU has co-opted organization of the coming sit ins.

This is what is really going on. It is orchestrated to draw out looser anarchists and gov't employed union thugs. Plenty of them out there. They all support more gov't regulation, spending and redistribution of wealth---unlike the tea party people like me who feel that the real problem is gov't regulation and spending.

We are seeing the face off between the commies and the 'mericans and the 'mericans always win. Ask Spiro T Agnew.

So the Wall Street protesters got a 4 month extension on their permit to protest. How long do you think they will last- until the first snow?

The SEIU is struggling for relevance.
I'd rather they waste their time and capital now than during the election proper.
This, like the Wisconsin protests, will be near meaningless in the long run.

Pelosi said she backs the protesters in their message.

"I support the message to the establishment, whether it's Wall Street or the political establishment and the rest, that change has to happen. We cannot continue in a way that does not -- that is not relevant to their lives. People are angry," she said.

This is unbelievable coming from a nitwit who is the embodiment of the liberal establishment.
I do believe this social revolution will fail for many reasons and the Democrats who are tailgating the OWS movement need to be careful the same movement doesn't end up biting them in their collective asses.

Sure folks are angry and should be with the pusillanimous mismanagement of the country in the last three years compliments of Pelosi, Reid and Obama tagteam.

I believe the OWS protesters activities have mainly been confined to the evening hours otherwise if they attempted to disrupt NYC commerce during work hours they would have been run off long ago.

A few god days of cold rain will break up most of the fair-weather protestors and rest will be swept away by the cops & the sanitation department.
