Inch lower, grip bushing replacement.
Update 6-12-13
I am now able to offer this service. I can make a steel grip support bushing custom fit to your lower and install w/a flaring tool similar to original style for $ 20.00 + return shipping. Service is priced for a stripped lower, but I can do the job on a assembled lower for a small additional fee. Return shipping for 1 stripped lower is $10.00 1 or 2 assembled lowers is $17.00 Up to 8 stripped lowers for $17.00 Thanks Larry fal_specialist(at)hotmail.com NO PM's please.

Hi Larry, this is good news. My only concern about this fix is the positioning of the bushing. Are you able to position the bushing so that the small protrusion on the top of the pistol grip plate fits into the small cutout in the lower receiver? Having seen your work, this concern is probably not necessary. Also, do you do reparking and if so, what would be the cost? Thanks, Patrick

Yes, I know what you mean. A too small of diameter bushing can be set to far forward or rearward where the tab of the trigger plunger plate won't align. Got it covered.
I don't like to park lowers, but can do a stripped lower for $ 23.00 additional w/this service. Thanks for the interest. Larry

Hi Larry, I have another question before I decide to send you some work. Are the PG studs in the white or are they parked or what? Thanks, Patrick

I can park the bushing before I install, but the finish on the inside flare area will certainly be lost.

I just got my lower back from Larry, he restored it to it's original pistol grip glory. The PG is rock solid, the exterior of the lower is unmarked, and the trigger pull even feels better. I really couldn't be any happier with the work he did for me, and I highly recommend him!

Larry,
Just got an inch lower and it has the Century butthole stock. Can your procedure fix this and make it look normal? T |

Larry,
Your PM box is full... I am in need of Izzy HB buttstock sling swivel parts. Specifically, I need the two screws and exterior retainer piece. I have the internal retainer and the sling swivel itself. Thanks, Vaughn

Just got my lower back from Larry. Looks identical to a factory job other than the bushing is in the white. I'm gonna spray some high temp engine paint on it tonight. Very pleased!

All lowers are done.
If I have your lower still in shop that's because I'm also doing other services on your job too. I'm set up to do bbl work on my lathe now. Not taking on any lower bushing jobs ATM. Thanks for your patience. Larry
