'Don't Lie To The People'

The Government in it's quest to justify their Siege has planted media stories
that are so bizarro as to defy explanation.

Here we have a 'machine gun' in a 'gun case' it's a 30 caliber Browning?
Huh? WTF? It's on the back seat of a Hummer in plain sight? WTF, over.
Makes no attempt to hide it? I'm sorry this story is cover for something.
Total crock full. By the way they never say what sort of "Browning" it is.

Re: 'Don't Lie To The People'

Well, it does say 'machine gun' in the headline, so I am assuming it was a Browning Machine Gun. But, it does not indicate if it was the M1994, M1917, M1918, BAR or some other version.

But, the importance of the story as conspiracy? You need some serious mental work done.

At least it wasn't an assault Rifle.
I think those are even scarier than machine guns.

M1994??? You must write the news for Code Pink!

M1917: Watercooled. Probably not. Mexicans couldn't figure the system out, or keep up with all the components.

M1919A4: Maybe. But rather antiquated. Ammo availability issue.

M1919A6: Maybe. Still antiquated. Ammo availability issue.

M1918: An Automatic Rifle. Not a machine gun.

BAR: (see 1918)

For someone who claims to have all these guns, you sure don't know much about them...

"Ramirez stated he was told to pick up a black case at a convenience store in McAllen and take it to Pharr, where he was to leave it halfway across the international bridge, according to the affidavit."

Oh,this really makes sense....

"While in custody, Ramirez admitted that he had recently purchased a firearm, but could not recall the type of gun or where he put the weapon, according to Gonzalez."

Um, yeah, the "I don't fully recall" answer.

That's one heck of a "convenience" store.

It's obvious you're not from Texas, New Mexico, Arizona or California.

Well if he DID in fact buy the 1919a4 he'd definately remember it. Thing's a PITA just to move around the gun range. carting it in and out of a vehice and all over Gods green earth will definately make sure you never forget it.

Your right I'm not from any of those 4 states. I find nothing embarrassing about not knowing what siege you are talking about, so I say again WHAT SIEGE?

A siege is a blockade of a city or fortress with the intent of conquering by attrition or assault.

Who or what is the subject of a "blockade"? If you are refering to illegals crossing the southern border that might be properly defined as a non-military "invasion" but it's not a "seige". Illegals have not surrounding Houston TX or the entire state of AZ, letting nothing in or out. They aren't catapulting disease ridden corpses over the city walls of San Diego. They are invading this area with the intent of establishing control (some might say liberate, others conquer).

An invasion is an offensive consisting of all, or large parts of the armed forces of one geopolitical entity aggressively entering territory controlled by another such entity, generally with the objective of either conquering, liberating or re-establishing control or authority over a territory, forcing the partition of a country, altering the established government or gaining concessions from said government, or a combination thereof.

I'm not from any of those 4 states either but by that statement have more than shown that you are indeed a twit.

Excuse me for knowing the difference between a siege and an invasion.

A tricked out Civilian Safari BAR with a altered mag well and bi-pod would make most journalists wee wee.
Carrying a single round of ammunition across the Mexican border is a crime and needs some degree of intelligence to accomplish.

Welcome back, Martin.
